Terms and Conditions - Rent-to-Rent Super Conference 2025.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of a ticket to attend theRent-to-Rent Super Conference 2025 (the "Conference"), whether you have purchased a ticket or have received a complimentary ticket. By attending the Conference, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Ticket Purchase and Registration:

Paid tickets are non-transferable and must be registered in the name of the individual attending the Conference.
Complimentary tickets are also non-transferable, and the individual to whom the ticket is issued must attend the Conference.

All attendees, including those with complimentary tickets, must provide accurate and complete registration information. Any changes to your registration information must be promptly communicated to the organisers.

Payment:

For paid tickets, payment must be made in full at the time of registration. Complimentary tickets do not require payment.

Conference Access:

Your Conference ticket, whether paid or complimentary, entitles you to access the Conference sessions, exhibitions, and activities as specified in the event schedule.

The Conference organisers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, including the venue and session content, without prior notice.

Code of Conduct:

All attendees, including those with complimentary tickets, are expected to adhere to the Conference's code of conduct, which includes treating all participants with respect and refraining from any disruptive, harassing, or unethical behaviour.

Violation of the code of conduct may result in your removal from the Conference without a refund.

Media Consent:

By attending the Conference, you grant permission for the organisers to capture photographs, audio recordings, and video footage, which may be used for promotional or educational purposes.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Paid tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organisers. Complimentary tickets hold no refund value.

In the event of cancellation, the organisers will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by attendees, such as travel or accommodation costs.

Liability:

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and well-being during the Conference.

The organisers, venue, sponsors, and any associated parties will not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the Conference.

Health and Safety:

Attendees, whether holding paid or complimentary tickets, are required to follow any health and safety guidelines provided by the Conference organisers and the venue, including compliance with local health regulations.

Privacy:

Information provided during registration may be used by the Conference organisers for event-related communications. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Force Majeure:

The organisers will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of nature, strikes, or government regulations.

Amendments:

These Terms may be updated or amended by the organisers at any time, and such changes will be posted on the event website.

Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By purchasing a ticket or receiving a complimentary ticket and attending the Conference, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not attend the Conference.
